I have spent the New Year focusing on expanding the locations of my art and growing my business. Therefore, during this Lenten season, I felt it appropriate to take the time to thank the Lord in all the blessings He has bestowed upon me. The next 40 days people will be giving up things they have taken pleasure in for the past year in hopes of bringing them closer to God. I will be thanking God for the closeness I already feel from His presence in my life… My personal focus for the next 40 days will be to support my friends and family in prayer with their new adventures or struggles… to exercise and take better care of my body (the temple God built for us)…to be more generous to those in need. May God bless each and every one of you as abstain from the pleasures you have given up for the next 40 days.
